Creamed honey, also known as spun or whipped honey, is clover honey that has been crystallized and processed to bring out the creamy texture.  At room temperature, it is creamy enough to spread like peanut butter and thick enough not to drip like regular honey.  Tastes great on toast, pancakes, hot cereal, or used as a sweetener coffee or hot tea!
